Product Availability Information
Most products on our website are manufacturerd by our team which affords good availability of our catalogue ranges. If your order should be delayed pending stock availability of a specific item then we will inform you as soon as possible.

Once you have placed an order on our website we will send you an e-mail with information on how you can track your order to see when it will be delivered. We will then e-mail you again when your order is sent with information on the courier and the consignment number so you can check on delivery using the courier’s website.

Returns Policy
If any goods received are either defective or unsatisfactory, we ask that you to return them to us unused within 21 days. We would ask that you indicate your preference for a replacement or full refund. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights referred to below.

Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order then you can providing you inform us of this prior to the dispatch of your order. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the returns policy.

Delivery Rates

	UK rates subject to order values: Up to £20 : £2.95; £20 to £50 : £6.95; £50 to £500 : £9.95: Over £500 : £40.00.
	Orders which include an item carrying a lorry symbol have  a carriage charge of £15.00

If you are placing an order from overseas please note that shipping cost and method will vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom the delivery charge will not be finalised on your bill and a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm delivery/shipping charges and add these to the final order amount.

Delivery Schedule
All standard orders are normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days providing the product is in stock. Bespoke delivery times may vary. Please contact us for an accurate time schedule.
