Paying by Credit/Debit Card
If you wish to pay by either credit or debit card we accept : credit cards - Visa, Mastercard. debit cards - Visa Delta, Switch, Solo as payment for your order. Full instructions on how to pay by credit or debit card are provided when you place an order.
It is our policy to only charge your card at the time that your order is despatched. Our website incorporates a secure server which means that you can enter your card details on our website in the knowledge that it is safe and the information will be encrypted whilst it is sent across the Internet. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card but do not wish to enter your details directly into the website you can send your payment details to us by telephone.
To send your card details by telephone, select “Credit/Debit Card by Phone” as your payment method for your online order and, once your order is complete, call our Customer Service Centre during working hours (Monday to Friday 0900-1700 GMT) with your payment card details. Please have your order number to hand to allow us to process your request efficiently.

Paying by Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque, please select the option marked “Pay by Cheque” when you are asked to select a payment method on our website. Once you reach the final order confirmation screen please make a note of the order number and order amount and then send us a personal cheque (or postal order) for the full amount of your order. Please note we can only accept postal orders which are in pounds sterling or cheques in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank.
If you choose to pay by cheque your order will take an additional 7 to 10 days to be despatched as we do not process your order until we receive your cheque and do not send your order until the payment has cleared.

If we do not receive your cheque within 30 days of your order being placed we will assume you no longer require the order and it will be cancelled.
