Christmas Delivery 2019

  • Please note that the last order date for standard delivery in time for Christmas is 5pm on the 21st December.
  • Please note: Our offices and warehouse will be CLOSED from 5pm on 24th December 2019 until 9am on 2nd January 2020. Orders received during this period will not be processed until 2nd January with standard delivery taking 3-5 working days from this point. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Standard Delivery and Bespoke Items

  • All standard orders are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days providing the product is in stock.
  • We will confirm all delivery dates with you post ordering.
  • *Bespoke items have a 8-10 weeks lead time and your delivery date will be confirmed as part of the order process.

Next Day and Saturday Delivery

  • When placing your order, if next day and Saturday delivery services are available in your postcode area you will be presented with these options.
  • All next day orders are for Mondays to Fridays.
  • Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
  • Next day orders must be made by 1pm on the previous day and are subject to stock availability.
  • If stock is not available you will be notified the same day and any premiums paid will be refunded.
  • Next Day delivery is not available for bespoke items or made to measure fruit cages.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left.

  1. Delivery Outside the UK

    Agriframes products can be delivered worldwide - if you are outside of the UK please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0)117 934 1790 or at [email protected] for an international delivery quote.

  2. Returns Policy

    We hope you will be delighted with the product you receive and that you will enjoy it for many years to come. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 21 days for a full replacement or a full refund.

    Return postage can only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or if the wrong items have been sent to you.

    We advise that you obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels.

    How do I return an item?

    Should wish to return something you have purchased from us please call or email our Customer Services team on 0117 934 1790 or [email protected] and they will advise you whether we need to arrange for the item to be collected from you by courier or whether you need to return the item back to us via the Post Office - this will depend on the size and weight of the item.

    When returning undamaged ordered items the return carriage will be charged and deducted from your refund.

    If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, we can arrange for goods to be collected from a safe location at your request.

    Bespoke / Made to Order Products and Cut to Size Netting are Non-Returnable Items and exempt from cancellation.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel your order then you can providing you inform us of this prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the returns policy.

  4. Product Availability Information

    Most products on our website are manufactured by our team which affords good availability of our catalogue ranges. If your order should be delayed pending stock availability of a specific item then we will inform you as soon as possible.

  5. Tracking

    Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation and we will then e-mail you again when your order is sent along with information on how to track your order with the courier and manage your delivery direct with them.

    If any goods received are either defective or unsatisfactory, we ask that you return them to us unused within 21 days. We would ask that you indicate your preference for a replacement or full refund. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights.
