TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General:
1. The 'Promoter’ is Agriframes Ltd whose registered office is at Journal House, Hartcliffe Way, Bristol, BS3 5RJ.
2. The competition is open to UK residents (‘Entrants’) aged 18 years or over except employees of Tildenet Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, the Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
6. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
8. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Agriframes and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.agriframes.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy
10. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrant’s as soon as possible by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Entry Method and Requirements:
1.Competition entries must be received by Midnight 5th July 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Go to Agriframes Facebook or Instagram social media page. Entrants via Facebook: Comment on our competition post dated 14th June 2024 with the photo the Entrant intends to submit for the purposes of this competition. Entrants via Instagram: The Entrant must upload their intended photo to their Instagram wall using the hashtag #agriframes. Entrants via Instagram must ensure they have a public Instagram account to ensure the Promoter has visibility of their entry.
4. The Entrant must be following @Agriframes on Facebook or Instagram in order to enter.

Voting, Winner and Prize:
1. Once all entries have been received, the Promoter will select the ‘Finalists’. There is 1 ‘Winner’ for this competition of whom will be selected by public vote via the associated web page.
All Finalists agree to the use of the entry photo being used in any publicity material associated with the Promoter.
Voting for a Winner will run from Midnight 5th July 2024 until Midnight 19th July 2024. Additional information may be requested by the Promoter to complete this process.
4. ‘Voters’ (i.e. the General Public) are entitled to a total of 2 votes. Duplicate votes will be disqualified.
5. The Winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook or Instagram within 7 working days of the voting closing date. The Winner will only ever be contacted by Agriframes. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.
6. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photo in any publicity material associated with the Promoter, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other Entrants’ will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Entrant’s prior consent.
7. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
8. There is one prize available to win. The prize is as follows: £1,000 Agriframes Gift Voucher which can be redeemed on any items available on the Promotor’s website: https://www.agriframes.co.uk/ and has no expiration date.
9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non transferable, exchangeable or refundable.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
