End of Summer Sale 2026: Terms & Conditions

• The Agriframes End of Summer Sale runs from 10th September 2026 to 30th September 2026, inclusive, and is available exclusively at agriframes.co.uk.

• The End of Summer Sale is available on selected products and selected product variants only. Eligible products are identified as part of the End of Summer Sale promotion.

• The promotion is available on agriframes.co.uk only and does not apply to purchases made through the Agriframes USA website or any other sales channel.

• Discounts vary by product and product variant. Not all products within a range or category will necessarily receive the same discount.

• Where an "up to" discount is advertised, the maximum saving applies to selected products only. Other products included in the promotion may receive a lower discount.

• Sale prices are calculated against the applicable full selling price prior to the promotion.

• Sale discounts are applied automatically to eligible products. No promotional code is required to receive the advertised End of Summer Sale price.

• Other Agriframes discount codes, promotional offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the End of Summer Sale unless expressly stated otherwise.

• All End of Summer Sale products are subject to availability. Individual sizes, colours and variants may sell out during the promotional period and availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock. An order is not confirmed until it has been successfully placed and accepted by Agriframes.

• Sale prices are available only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before 10th September 2026 or after 30th September 2026.

• Discounts have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or Garden Rewards points.

• Delivery charges are not discounted unless specifically stated. Standard Agriframes delivery charges, thresholds and restrictions continue to apply.

• Returns of eligible sale items are accepted in accordance with the standard Agriframes Returns Policy. Any exclusions applying to bespoke, made-to-order or cut-to-size products continue to apply.

• In the event of an obvious pricing, discount or technical error, Agriframes reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

• Agriframes reserves the right to withdraw individual products from the promotion or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary, including due to stock availability, pricing errors, technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

• Agriframes reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraudulent activity or an attempt to circumvent the terms of the promotion.
